Young Drivers of Canada Twitter Contest

Are you following Young Drivers of Canada on Twitter yet?  You can here , @youngdrivers and join us for our Young Drivers Word of Mom Contest in celebration of Mothers Day.

I love being on Twitter and chatting with all our wonderful followers and tweeps.  So if you are a mom, have a mom, or know of a mom who could go for some peace of mind when it comes to their child getting behind the wheel then THIS CONTEST IS FOR YOU.

It’s simple.  We want to hear from the experts – all the parents out there on Twitter who have had to deal with the question “How do you know if your teen is ready to drive?”

Answer this question using the hashtag #ydofc by 10pm EST May 8th, 2011 (Mothers Day).  Young Drivers of Canada will announce 1 winner Monday, May 9th at 10am on  – you guessed it – Twitter.

If you have more than 1 answer to this question, we’d love to hear your advice as I’m sure many other parents would – so you can give multiple answers.  Don’t forget to use the hashtag #ydofc.  Lots of families go through this exciting and scary time so lets share our experiences through our Twitter community.

The winner will WIN A  $200 Young Drivers of Canada gift certificate towards a novice driver training course. This gift certificate is transferable and can be used at any Young Drivers of Canada location across Canada.

My hope is that once you know the signs your child is ready to drive, you can have a little more peace of mind that Young Drivers will train them to drive safely and collision free.  After all, they will be sharing our community on the road so lets make sure they are prepared.

GOOD LUCK!!!

Suzanne

P.S.  Can’t wait to hear your answers…Here is the post I wrote on this very question. … https://youngdriversofcanada.wordpress.com/2011/02/18/is-your-child-ready-to-drive-and-are-you-ready-for-the-passenger-seat/
